- STRONG AND STABLE CONSTRUCTION, Phenolic is one of the strongest and most stable materials available for cue-making. C4+ adds a Uni-Loc® pin encased in a Phenolic core and also replaces other wooden components on the backside for greater stability and lifetime concentricity.
